Broussard's Cajun Cuisine

As a truck driver, I have been to a lot of resturants all over the USA. What a treat it was to eat here tonight. The food was excellent! I have a big family, so between the 6 of us, we were able to sample quite a few of the things on the menu. My favorite was the alligator bites. Of all the places I have ever been to, the alligator here topped the charts. The jambalaya was excellent and the red beans and rice were as well. I wasn't a big fan of the hush puppies, but that is probably due to my own preferences. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The resturant itself was decorated well and everyone that worked there seemed genuinely happy.
