Definitely in the top 3 Chinese places in this area. The food is always hot and they are very generous with the portions. I have yet to find something on the menu I dislike.
Rice Noodle Cai has delicious food. I love the honey chicken and the egg drop soup. The people are especially nice. Try it. I think you will like it.
Got the Lomein noodles and strawberry chicken and it was delicious! great prices too!
It was after closing time and they stayed to cook me food they are always so nice and they food is fresh and amazing!!!
