Panda Express - Capitol Heights

My catering order was different from the last time. I used catering on 3/7/22 everything was perfect. Not so much this time. Catering orders come in large plastic containers. We're not gonna be this time. I got 8 soggy paper containers. I also believe that I received less food with this packaging. I have no problems with the food. But this presentation was not my expectations

I stopped by to this Panda express and got my order through drive through. They put all burnt chicken teraikey. They do not care of the customer service.

The food is good here typically, they just need a bit of work on the professionalism. The door says that they are open until 9:30 Min-Thurs but they closed at 9:00pm. People were there cleaning and did not acknowledge my presence at the door. If the hours have changed, it?s best to update the hours online and on the door.

Drive thru... Pick up...but food was hot so enjoyed Dine in.... Fresh n hot honey walnut Shrimp was mouth watering.... Good listeners... Fast service... Good Food... Good quantity... Fantastic !!!! ??????

This location is going down fast. I wish the owner would get it together! I really like the drive through feature at this location. However, the drive through is always backed up. As of today 9/22, they did not have a lot of the normal dishes and sodas that they normally have. I asked to speak to a manager to complain and the young lady said that they are short staffed and currently do not have a manager. She was holding it down almost by herself. This is unacceptable. Can't find a corporate office at this time to complain to, so I'm leaving my complaint here while I research to find the information.
