LOVE THIS PLACE. Super cutesy. Has a nice patio with a view, a couch, an array of various seating. Incredible mochas and lots of syrup options. Baked goods are mediocre, in my opinion. Super friendly staff :D
I've been coming to Mr. Toots for over 32 years. Great atmosphere, great view. It's my zen happy place. The Mona Lisa with freshly picked cream rocks.
