First with local products: chestnuts, truffles and wild boar ragout. Really very good, to try the truffle carbonara!! Large room also suitable for families. Prices ok.

I have been there for years and I appreciate the location, between chestnuts and the view on Mount Soratte We have taken Fettuccine to porcini mushrooms and pizza zucca flowers and provola. Excellent both for quality ingredients and taste. Quick service, despite it was full, and excellent courtesy of the waitress. I recommend it.

Excellent cuisine, especially the truffle carbonara. Pasta and sweets, also particular, homemade in the respect of tradition, but with study and expertise that add an extra touch. All enriched by a friendly and family service. Highly recommended!! !
