Buca Di Michelangelo

I just got out of the restaurant with my partner (a crappy box of fear) but when he eats well, it becomes ironic and fun. And tonight it was. Thanks Annalisa for the excellent food and for the swapped jokes that made us really enjoy. W la Buca!

Appetizer of the mediocre house: good enough croutons, but cheap meats. First dishes based on truffles (in the species, a dumpling and a lamb) disarming: non-existent flavor and dishes filled with oil/bureau. It was probably our mistake to ask the waitress to serve them without cream (as from their recipe): result in any bad case. You can't eat like that in Tuscany. Very good, on the contrary, fried porcini; the only dish we have eaten with taste. Nice and pleasant the idea to offer at the end of the meal a basket of chestnuts.

Very nice place in a very nice village...you eat very well...at the very best. ..titolare that every now and then he asks you how it goes...and very nice friendly and helpful waiter. . Really top!

Very nice restaurant in the center of Caprese Michelangelo. For mushrooms and truffles really the top!!!Personal very kind and professional quality and great price. Absolutely to prove if you're around here.
