The restaurant the deer only hunting deserves an extreme positive judgment.. So much quality and speciality in dishes.. You really feel at home.. fantastic hospitality.. So it makes tourism..

A lovely rustic-style local, typical of the area. Welcoming and impeccable service. Typical Abruzzo dishes and really abundant portions. Excellent local products and the choice of local wines. Also a paradise view as soon as you leave the main door, easy to reach nearby itineraries for sports excursions and for more quiet walks.

The place is located at the entrance of the hamlet of Decontra di Caramanico. Outside you do not notice much, it is quite anonymous however the interior is in stone and rather typical with a fireplace in a corner. The place is small, so it is always good to book. The kitchen is based on the meat of game, deer, wild boar and roe so I don't think it can interest vegans. But for all the others I would say it is a great opportunity to taste a typical local cuisine made very well. All the dishes we have tasted have been largely up to our expectations. The quick and courteous service, almost caring. The rather low price in absolute, if related to the high quality makes this restaurant one of the most interesting in the area.

Restaurant 10 minutes from Caramanico terme, every time we come to Caramanico is a fixed stop, the staff is very polite and respectful, the products are local and of incredible quality (straw, deer, lamb... and very low prices compared to the courses that are served, in short strongly recommended on reservation however because it is always full.

Passing almost by chance, returning from a walk to the hermitage a little later, we couldn't restart without enjoying the kitchen of such a cozy place. Thanks to the exquisite hospitality, we could taste the specialties of both the kitchen and the cellar. Special experience I recommend to those who are lucky enough to go to the area. You want the view, the kitchen and the hospitality, definitely remains a place where you take over a beautiful evening a beautiful memory.
