Írjon visszajelzéstTop notch service felt like fine dining. The porcelain china is a nice touch. Egg drop soup and a very large pot of tea came out quickly, the main dish took longer. The kung bao beef was spicier than most places. Masking is optional if you'revaccinated, don't let the signs scare you off.
I am always impressed with Hunan. My favorite Chinese restaurant in the region, by far. Best staff of any restaurant around, and the owner even takes the time to remember you, your name, and how you like your food. Goes above and beyond. Wish there weremore stars because I would pick them. I can't praise this place enough. Keep it up guys and gals and ... everyone. Fantastic.Food so fresh it's too hot to eat ,always. My number 1 pick for this type of food. Maybe even top 3 in southern Illinois. I'vesat and talked with the owner as a restaurant Manager a few years back many times. I enjoyed it very much. Made this place standapart from the rest
This place has been one of our favorite restaurants for many years. High quality food at great prices. I and my friend tried the chicken chocolate curry with vegetables and Kung-Baro chicken. The taste was great and brilliant. We visited this place after a few years and the taste is not faded. I went two days in a row with my guests. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful service. We also tried the salt and pepper Calamari, it was quite delicious and delicious. It is one of the best places in Carbondale.
Hunan is a true delight!! Fast friendly service. Nice portions of the food. We got the Kung bao delight. A mix of chicken, beef, and shrimp. I requested to add broccoli. Kool drink we got was the flaming fuji. Quite tasteful and sweet!! My only disappointment was our dish wasn't spicy when it specified on the menu. I guess I should of mentioned that I wanted to feel a burn!!
It's a very cozy, very clean, neat restaurant perfectly styled in Chinese styleThe service was excellent. The prices are reasonable, very reasonable. They serve food of different Chinese cuisine traditions, and some Thai and Indian food. It was probably the best Chinese food I have ever tried. Coming back for sure. P.S. pay attention to section Vegetables if you're vegetarian: not all the dishes there are actually vegetarian, but just vegetable based.
