Great friendly pub. Had the best meal there. Would highly recommend. They have lunch time specials which are generous proportions

Their Sunday roasts used to be legendary but serves up a generic offering now. I used to be a regular but are disappointed about 50% of the time and hardly go there now

Best selection of schnitzel toppings in Newcastle (even though I always stick with Dianne sauce ) Still a great selection of food if schnitzel isn't your thing, restaurant is pretty big and not usually busy during the day but would recommend booking for dinner on the weekends has pretty popular.

Great place to take the family. Kids friendly. Meals are really good and very affordable. A regular venue for us.

I would rate this place in between average and very good, ordered chicken Caesar and Greek salad. Food quality was good the only negative I would say is that the takeaway lunch aspect of the restaurant tends to slow service down so there was a longer than usual wait on meals to arrive, other than that it was pretty good value for money.
