Beautiful place in a beautiful old house. great food and great service. brings in future other friends back.

We met some of our friends from a rving group here for lunch of fishing and chips. the place is especially for their fishing and chips, the service was fast and friendly and the ambiente was great! we're coming back!

Today 11 older ladies all reserved in their late 80s to go together for lunch while fighting bad snow-covered conditions a dipped 15 minutes early to find an untreated parking space, and unholyed walks, she was shouted when parked, not. their satisfaction then locked when trying to go inside to their friends and have a glass wee while waiting. eating was terrible, the servce unhospitable and to say the at least 11 women will never come back and certainly not go back. it was like they didn't even want her there. with all the beautiful facilities in and around the opposite, one would think that they bend over backwards to have these special ladies when they are reserve.

Been here many times and I have finally decided I won’t go back... service was terrible and phoney... Portion size much smaller then the exact order at the next table.. not impressed sitting at a banquet table and not enjoyable to chat with family. Server...needs to improve her customer service skills... shouldn’t have to ask for items that come with the meal... Butter, tartar sauce, bread... Too bad I really like going here :
