Mix ice cream in your coffee ?not instead of on top?

Stopped in to get a coffee as I have done on many occasions before. Staff were inattentive taking my order twice and still getting it wrong, coffee was too hot and wateryI don’t know why you would have staff with no people or barista skills serving coffee. Disappointing, I won’t be back

The food was satisfactory, earning a solid three out of five – it wasn't extraordinary, but it met my expectations. The service was also average, receiving the same three-star rating, as it was neither particularly attentive nor inattentive. However, what really stood out was the atmosphere; I would give it a four out of five. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance that would make it a nice spot to dine in, despite my choice to take my meal to go.

I stopped by for a coffee, as I often do at various places. However, the staff were inattentive and didn't take my order correctly, even after two attempts. The coffee was both too hot and watery. I'm not sure why they are operating without proper training in customer service or barista skills. I won't be returning.
