Mcdonald's - Carlitos

Pretty standard McDonald’s quality food. I ordered food in the app for pickup. Made it easy and no issues.

Nice and efficient service. Reasonably fast. Food was well prepared.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered two Carmel frappe s . They gave me one with a spec of whip cream. I had to ask for them to please put the whip to the top. Then I waited for over 30 minutes for my other frappe. They brought me one and it had chocolate on the whip cream. I asked for a Carmel not mocha and for the whip cream to be to the top please. She brings me the same one with whip on top of the chocolate. I asked for Carmel again she went in I waited for about 10 more minutes and finally went in and got a manger to make my drinks.

Breakfast time and they were very busy. I took the drive- thru as I was traveling and did not realize that they had gotten order wrong until I drove away.

The food is really going down at all there places
