Blake's Lotaburger - Carlsbad

I've only ever tried the breakfast burritos with bacon and red sauce, and they are amazing! So fresh and delicious! They're my favorite burrito!

This Blake's location features a drive-thru, which is convenient. I sampled the seasonal pumpkin pie shake, and it was decent. The service here was quite fast compared to other Blake's locations I've visited, where I've sometimes experienced long waits. Overall, this location performed well, and the food was enjoyable.

The customer service here is very disappointing. The staff is inattentive when taking orders and can be quite rude. Employees were seen on their phones and sitting on the counter where food is prepared, ignoring waiting customers. Despite having only one customer in the store, the wait time was 30 minutes, and there is a clear lack of time management when it comes to fulfilling orders. As a restaurant manager with many years of experience, I'm astonished that this place has a rating of 3 stars. Management should really evaluate their standards and address this unacceptable behavior.

We Really Like Their New Mexico Green Chile Cheese Burgers And Seasoned Fries. They Are Served On Yummy Fresh Buns. Depending On The Time Of Day, There May Be A Wait.

Food was really good, but *almost* not worth the wait. Went drive thru twice in one day (first time ever trying Blake's Lotaburger), once for myself at lunch, and once for family at dinner. Drive thru was empty at lunch, but I still waited almost 15 mins for a burger, no onions, seasoned fries, and a tea. Everything in my order was correct and the food was SO GOOD. I didn't mind the wait since it was so good. At dinner, there were 3 cars in line ahead of me (no one
