Blaze Pizza - Carlsbad

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious! I ordered a build your own with red sauce, olives, mushrooms, jalapeños, roasted garlic, and a bit of daiya cheese. It was very tasty and I got a generous portion for around $10.

Blaze has always been a long time favorite of mine but this location specifically has always been reliable. The staff is friendly and professional, the food is always prepared perfectly without getting the order wrong. Sometimes ordering through the app is finicky for this location, and they won’t accept mobile orders here after a certain time. Outside of that this is a great place to build your own pizza!

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent, and I love being able to customize it to my tastes. I can choose all of my favorite toppings and avoid anything I don't like - it's perfect! The only downside is that they don't have any straws available. The sippy cup lid isn't ideal, so I went next door to Tea Monks and they kindly gave me one.

I highly recommend trying the red vine pizza with spicy red sauce, topped with roasted garlic and artichokes. Despite the high traffic of children coming in and out, the restaurant is relatively clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making for an enjoyable dining experience.
