I'm on a pasta high right now. The last time I remember having pasta where I felt it's another level was during a trip to Venice. Who knew fresh pasta was so different from the dried, boxed ones. ‍ We got one pound (2 bags of pappardelle and one pound of spinach (linguine? . They're $5.95 per lb. The one pound of pappardelle was actually enough for our lunch (2 adults, a 7 year old and a toddler . Boiled it and then tossed with some butter and a bit of marinara then topped with Parmesan. So good, we're planning to grab some more tomorrow to take home. Oh! The two gentlemen at the store were very friendly and helpful.
