The prices have also gone up as the quality and portions have gone down. You now have to pay a $dollar more for youritems and pay close to $6:00 for delivery. It's almost cheaper to go to round table or mountain mikes and get a much bettertasting pizza.come on dominos your going to start losing customers if you keep this up!!!
I ordered my pizzas online and planned for pick up later today. The pizzas were made on time and the pick up process was quick and simple. I ordered three pizzas and the other two were fine. One had a few burned ?bubbles? but I can live with that, ithappens. But the Buffalo Chicken Pizza was beyond unacceptable. It looks very unappetizing and inedible. We will eat around itbut I?d say steer away from ordering this pizza.
I ordered two medium pizzas that cost us $26. My grandson paid with a $40 bill, expecting $13 in change. However, the young man gave him only $11, keeping the extra $2 as a tip for himself. To make matters worse, the pizzas were burnt. When I called to complain, the same young man answered the phone. He said they were really busy and refused to let me speak to the manager, who he claimed was named Peyton. He told me to call back in a few days when they weren't busy, which I found very frustrating. I tried calling again the next day and the day after, but no one answered. I’ve decided to escalate this by calling corporate, as the service at this pizza place has been unacceptable. Additionally, it should be noted that my grandson is autistic, and the employee took advantage of him by taking that extra tip, which feels like theft. I will not be ordering from them again.
The delivery driver brought this to my door, and my son, hoping for something delicious, tipped him before we even opened the box. However, once we did, we were extremely disappointed with what we found! I had to drive back to return the pizza and thankfully received both my full refund and the tip back. This experience was unbelievable! I will never order from here again!
When I arrived, the young lady at the counter informed me that if I wanted to add vegetables, I would need to cancel my current order, reorder, and wait another 25 minutes. I had called ahead, but I was still on hold during my drive, which took about 7 minutes. In short, I cannot recommend this store (#978). The $19.99 pizza was terrible! I ate half a slice and ended up giving the rest to a homeless person. I was relieved to have someone to give it to instead of throwing it away, which was my first instinct. I don’t foresee myself ordering from this location again. The staff seemed nice, but the cashier was rather abrupt. I hope you have a better experience than I did.
