Itsasoa - Carnac

I am far from being a gastronomic critic but one thing is sure, eating is one of the great pleasures of my life, and what joy to do at Itsasoa. I came several times in a year, in all seasons and at any time, in head to head or more and the regalade is always at the rendezvous. The kitchen is sophisticated and inventive but do not forget to be generous and extremely tasty. Jersiais beef with beets and hulls last weekend left me a memorable memory. The process of sublimation of local products, season and quality, with a short and changing map, speaks a lot to me. The place is decorated with taste and sense of detail, from the choice of dishes to that of flowers or paintings. Human-sized space creates a peaceful and intimate atmosphere, bright as the passionate people who work there. I am delighted to have been able to discover this address thanks to the menu from noon to €25 a week, I am delighted to have been able to rediscover it at a party dinner last weekend and I look forward to returning to it, we are always welcome to it. Taste, talent and conviviality is all I love!
