Starbucks - Carney

Stood in line for 20 min. Waited another 15 min for my drink. The boy at the register seemed new(not a problem) but it was slowing down the process. The man making the drinks was an absolute angel and took all the comments/complaints with ease and kept making the drinks! I tried the new lavender latte and didn’t like it but that was no fault to the barista.

I have been frequenting this starbucks more since the one in Perry Hall has been under renovation. This location is very understaffed and it doesn't seem like all team members are trained up to the same level. The wait time for ordered items is incredibly long, and I've received the incorrect item before. Most of the team members are pleasant to talk with, but seem overworked and potentially undersupported.

Closing at 7:30 when hours online say 8 would appreciate if corrected

The gentleman that took our order at 8:15am on december 30,2023 might have been the best/ nicest starbucks employee i’ve ever had. didn’t get your name but thank you sir.

The cashier was very nice, and the coffee was served kinda late, and tasted great.
