The service here is absolutely terrible it always takes 30 mins for them to make my one bowl, which is ridiculous considering the base is premade. Also they will take other people orders after already taking your and make you wait for everyone’s bowls and smoothies to be done even though I ordered first.

I've been been to three different locations and this one has the best tasting bowls and smoothies. Jahaira was awesome! Thank you!

Although my bowl was good, it took several minutes for the *3* staff members in the back to realize there was a line. They were incredibly slow, one staff member was even lying on a table, visible to customers outside. The staff members were quite young, so it might be beneficial to have an adult at the store to supervise.

Literally every time we come to the mall this place is having some type of issue. They are either always out of ingredients or don’t have enough employees so they don’t want to accept orders. Hopefully this company/owners can get this place together soon. It’s really a shame because the bowls are pretty good.
