El Rumbero Taqueria - Carrollton

I usually enjoy my tacos from here, but my last order left a lot to be desired. I ordered chicken with flour shells, but the shells looked like they had been used with another order that had avocados and then smeared off, but the residue was still on them. This is not what they normally look like. Out of the six I ordered I only ate three. Very disappointing. If I go back, I will check my order, which I normally do, but just took for granted because I always have a good experience. Isabel is always so pleasant and kind.

I went to this restaurant today for the first time after procrastinating for so long and they did not disappoint. The food was amazing. Ordered an Alambre which I just got like 4 corn tortillas and a to go plate of nothing but red/green peppers no meat at all and too greasy. There's no meat so why would nothing but veggies be greasy? This restaurant has the most authentic Mexico City tacos and all of the DFW. Y'all should also try the sopes and guaraches. The place is fairly small I think they might have 8 to 10 tables try to go during non rush hour or you'll be waiting for a while.
