Pollo Salsa - Carrollton

I didn't feel like the staff were eager to serve me. It seems that, for them, a dozen means 9, or maybe their drive-thru speaker just needs to be replaced. You might have better luck ordering in Spanish, as I found myself having to repeat my order multiple times.

The food is always delicious, and the service is fantastic. They offer competitive prices and a free salsa bar, which is a nice touch. I make a point to stop by whenever I'm in the area, and I really wish they had a location closer to my home in Fort Worth. I never go to Pollo Regio because their food simply can't compare to Pollo Salsa.

The chicken here is fantastic, and the variety of salsa options is impressive, making the name quite fitting. The food is delicious, though a bit pricey. I would have given them a full five stars, but their inconsistent hours are a bit frustrating. They used to serve breakfast, which was excellent, but sometimes they still do and sometimes they don’t. Not knowing when they’ll be open can be disappointing when you drive over and find them closed. Still, I definitely recommend trying their food!

Chicken is delicious. It's on the high end of reasonably priced. They didn't have some of the side.items available that were on the menu. But very nice people working and food was great!

Came here for the chicken and was not disappointed. Food is fantastic. We came in as a group and pretty much ordered everything. The flautas were a favorite, as well as the quesadilla. We ordered tacos but realized we could?ve just made our own since the salsa bar has all of the toppings and we got sides of tortillas. Overall this is a great spot.
