Taco Bueno - Carrollton

I had a date with my daughter. She loves the tacos. The staff is always happy and friendly, which is hard in fast food.

Service is great for a fast food joint, but it is hit or miss with the food 1 from every 4 visits you get warm food and a warm tortia . Other than that, ice cold and almost all tortilla and no filling.

If you want food poisoning then this is the spot to go. Not only filthy on the inside, but their food will look good only to leave you sick as a dog (I mean from both ends) for at least 24 hours straight...

Ordered the Wholotta platter. The Mgr whom took my order and prepared it, told me there's an additional charge to put the chili sauce inside the enchilada, instead of on top. Why? It comes (with) it, why the charge? She glared as me as she prepared it. The Muchaco shell was dry, rock hard, and stale. The queso cup wasn't full. The Mgr frowned the entire time, as though I inconvenienced her. The parking lot was empty, and no one in the drive thru. I should've went elsewhere. Lousy food, and bad customer service. Never returning to this location! No bueno!

Taco bueno was my favorite place to eat till now I just ordered some steak tacos and the my food was burnt and old I show the food to the shift manager and I said look it?s burned she yelled at me and she said do you want another one I said no because it takes 25 minutes to bring my food and was for dining not to go and look it?s burned she said what ever 9:00 at Hebron parkway hway 121
