Heidi's Family Carson City

Heidi's is like a comfortable old sweater, it's warm, and makes you feel better wearing it. Their prices are really reasonable, 2 adults for lunch, just 25 bucks. The service is nice patient, their menu is quite extensive for a diner. They serve breakfast fair all day, as well as the usual lunch choices they have daily specials as well. They close at 2 pm during the week.

Heidi's was a cozy little place to eat. The wait staff was nice. They checked on us, but not so much it was annoying. The food was good, and we did not have a long wait for it. I had the meat lovers omelette. Loads of bacon sausage and ham in it with cheese, I chose to have it with a biscuit and home fries. Omelette was perfect. The biscuit was pretty tasty, not bland and dry like at a lot of places. The home fries were done just right. It seemed like Heidi's was the breakfast place frequented by a lot of retirees. (Nothing wrong with that. They get to try more places being retired) what I liked was that I saw a few couples come in, and noticed that the waitress knew their names.

Heidi's stays Covid safe. Always had great people and super food.

Great food and great service. You didn't even need ketchup for the potatoes. 5star for sure.

Large selection of breakfast. Hangover sandwich is awesome.. very consistent on food quality. In my top 5 breakfast spots for sure.
