Blue Apple Beach House

Booked a lounger bed by the pool with boat transportation and lunch/cocktail for my birthday. I was travelling sola and just wanted to have a relaxing day with good vibey music. This was the place for that. It was a Wednesday so it was perfect... not a big super party zone (which I understand might be the case on the weekends), but just a chilled afternoon with others from all around the globe and a good mix of age here, it was nice to see that everyone wanted the same type of experience. My booking included lunch and an appie, both were delicious although I had to wait for quite a long time for the main entre to be served. That was probably the only negative thing I can say. Everything else was absolutely lovely even the boat captain was pleasant. I'd do a day trip to this beach club again.

I have been coming to Blue Apple Beach for years, and it has become my favorite place in Cartagena. The food is fresh, local and organic; the white sandy beach and ocean are postcard worthy; the music and pool is the perfect party; the animals,...scuba dive center and NGO on site add extra bonuses; their rooms are incredbily comfortable. You can tell that they do everything with intention and passion, from the owners to the waiters to the bartenders to the ladys recycling glass. Only a 30 minute boat ride from Cartagena it is amazing how fast you can go from busy city to tropical paradise.

Jorge was awesome, he made our experience. He didn’t provide just regular service but rather stated he is providing a higher level of service than we have ever experienced. From the get go he provided us with such an awesome vibe. Maggie helped me find...the place and offered amazing instructions to get there via public transport after missing the boat. This place was recommended to us by a local surf instructor who said it’s gorgeous and he was not wrong. The vibe is super chill. It’s very chill tulum like vibes not fancy but not low quality. I highly recommend making a reservation with the massage lady’s before because when I got there they were fully booked for the day. If not I recommend getting one at the beach from the locals. They charged me 50k pesos for 30 min but the one in the beach club is full body on a table. The place gets PACKED so make a reservation ! There were not even chairs by the time we got there at 1:30pm. The place is more of a party vibe with a dj. Some of the food is better than others but the banana bread desert and the yuca purée is INSANE. Honestly worth every penny, the beach is super clean and the pool is cute and chill.
