Bus Stop Diner - Carteret

This diner has everything you could ask for. The service is quick, the food is delicious, and the manager was incredibly friendly to us. My kids really enjoy this place, and we keep coming back!

The portions are incredibly generous; you definitely get your money's worth here. The staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. It really feels like a close-knit small town.

We absolutely loved the vintage diner atmosphere here! It felt like stepping into a time machine and traveling back over 30 years. I really appreciate how they’ve preserved the original aesthetic. We ordered the chicken Caesar salad and the buffalo chicken salad, both served in a lovely local glass bowl. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly! I highly recommend this hidden gem in Carteret.

Five stars for our server Elizabeth. She is the best!!! I can't say the same thing about the rest of the waiters who haven't taken us to the diner. When we arrived, there was a waiter who didn't even greet us, she just told us where she was sitting. Poor her! She didn't see being satisfied with her job. We asked her about coffee and she answered: Wait for your server.

Everything i was looking for and more, Staff is friendly and attentive, food is great and the Coffee is awesome
