Pizza Lino's Italian Grill Carmen's Pizza

Fantastic food! The pizza was absolutely perfect; just a touch of garlic powder and I'm in heaven! Plus, they have a banquet hall upstairs for my son's birthday party at very reasonable prices.

Any time I want Italian cuisine, I order from Carmen 's (Carteret, NJ). The portions are quite ample and always GOOD! And they 're reasonabley priced... Friendly service too! My only pet peeve is that I wish they made roast beef subs . Otherwise, they are the best! ??????????????

Absolutely delicious! I stayed here for a week and ate here every day, and I can confidently say the food is outstanding! The bread is incredible! If you're in Carteret or just passing through, you need to stop here – truckers are welcome, with plenty of parking available for those big rigs, and it's just a 15-second drive from Turnpike exit 12, right next to the Red Roof Plus Hotel! The prices are budget-friendly, but the quality is unmatched. I honestly don't understand how this place isn't a five-star restaurant in Midtown Manhattan. Lino and the team are fantastic people. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely recommend this spot to everyone. As a New Yorker, I must say this pizza surpasses most in NY. I'm amazed – each dish is better than the last. Thank you!

I can't believe it took 2.5 hours to receive just three slices of pizza and half of my drink order. When I called, the driver said they returned the order because nobody was home, despite the fact that I was sitting right next to the front door. I had selected contact-free delivery, so the food was supposed to be left at my door. Now it's been almost an hour since they told me the driver was on the way with the rest of my drink order. The service has been terrible. I heard this place had gone downhill, but I used to love Carmen's and thought I'd give it another chance. I won't be coming back again. Keep my money; it's not worth the frustration.

Weekly pizza spot. Only local pizza spot but do not mind because it is good. Pizza varies sometimes guessing by who makes it. Sometimes some of the best pizza I've had and sometimes it is still above average. I signed up for their text message service which sends me a discount pretty much every week which is a nice touch. People are friendly as well. If I were to get that amazing pizza like I get 3/5 times every time I could give it 5 stars.
