I visited the drive-thru using a coupon for a bucket of chicken. The ordering process was straightforward, and the cashier at the window was friendly, professional, and cheerful. The overall service, pricing, and food quality were outstanding!

Zion, the shift manager at my local KFC in Cartersville, GA, took the time to listen to my indecision about what to order. When I asked her about the Chicken Pot Pie, she replied honestly, saying, "I really don't like pot pies, but ours is really good!" Based on her candid response, I not only decided to try the pot pie but also ordered the #6 meal because of her warmth and patience. I must say, it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Well worth the 21-year wait, haha! I'd also like to give a shoutout to Blanche for her understanding when I inquired about the wings—she was very pleasant as well. In these unprecedented times, kindness truly makes a difference. Thank you!
