Kfc - Carthage

Getting close to closing and they were able to fill out order we had to use half grilled chicken and half fried chicken food was great. Wish we had a kfc closer

Bought an 8 piece chicken meal. 5 pieces were so small they didn't have any meat. They were just bones and crust. Very dissatisfied. Called and they said well that's the chicken we have. We don't grow them.

We ordered the $20 fill-up and when we got home we discovered we received the $20 leftover box.

Went thru Drivethru on 5/11/23 at Carthage MO location. Had a coupon for bucket chicken meal and was paying with credit card and cashier wanted pin number put in but I've had it for a couple years and I've never used a pin with it and they wouldn't let it bypass it like every other place does if needed. Since when do fast food drive-thrus need our pin number?? Anyway had to cancel order, they kept my coupon which is fine because I will NEVER be going back there again. Very confused and disappointed and too angry to even eat supper tonight.

The website and application failed, store left out part of my order. 48+ hours have passed without any response regarding my feedback. Clearly the company is in a downward spiral.
