I asked for a matcha latte with less ice, and I was handed a latte that was 2/3 filled with foam. When you spend over $5 for a drink, there is an expectation to actually have a full cup of the product. What a complete waste of money. Go to the Honey Dew across the street. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. They refused to make the bagel sandwich as I ordered. I noticed six different paintings on the wall, which were nice, but the atmosphere quickly soured when the manager shouted over a minor issue. To make matters worse, they declined to butter my bagel, claiming that health code regulations prohibited it. However, when I pointed out that they could spread cream cheese on a bagel for another customer, they just rolled their eyes and reluctantly completed my order. The manager even burnt my sandwich and threw it down on the counter. Each time I visit, I encounter unprofessional employees who seem indifferent to customer satisfaction.

Didn't get the amount of hashbrowns I should of got as always.
