Went there for the first time today and had a great experience. Garrett is an awesome server, nice and attentive. Beer is good and the fried heat cheese appetizer is so yummy.

Cary Ale House has a decent sized menu with a nice choice of appetizers, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts. Everything is prepared well with good flavor and good portion sizes.
