Lemonshark Poke - Cary

I ordered a custom salmon poke bowl. The toppings were great, but the shoyu sauce ruined the experience for me, so I've learned to avoid that sauce in the future. Initially, the salmon tasted good, but after a few bites, it developed a unpleasantly fishy flavor that made me gag. I only managed to eat about half of the bowl before I couldn't handle any more salmon, which is quite unusual for me. On the bright side, the spam musubi was delicious!

I decided to try something new, and I was pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.

Parking: It's located in a strip mall, so parking is usually good, depending on the time.

Hit or miss place. Have been a customer for some time now. The quality of your meal depends on who is working that day. Seems there is inconsistent training. It’s too expensive of a “fast casual” meal to risk a miss. Not sure I’ll go back.

Overpriced and bad. The fish had an old smell to it, spam for musubi was hard, the chicken for my son was basically chicken nuggets, tempura shrimp were small, sodas were misleading as Sierra Mist tasted like club soda, and everything were overpriced. The smell of the fish was borderline spoiled and should not be served to anyone. It’s like no one knows what fresh fish taste like and this was far from it. My parents are hard core fisherman who flew from our island home to visit and it was shameful bringing them here.
