Írjon visszajelzéstWe've had good luck at other Los Tres restaurants in the past so we decided to try this one since it is closest to our home. The food really wasn't good at all. The chips were those really cheap , stale, thick tri-color chips you can get at a warehouse club -not crispy at all. The House Margarita had really basic sour mix in it and tasted like powdered citric acid. I feel like the cornerstone of any good Mexican restaurant is their chips and salsa and Margs. If you get those wrong, it sets the tone for the rest of the meal. None of my kids enjoyed their meals. My food was just ok, very basic. This meal had us wishing we had stayed home and cooked ourselves. We usually order dessert but didn't bother. We should have gone to the Green-level location or Mi Cancun. Please fix your chips!
Chicken and cheese enchiladas was good, beef enchilada not so much, the ground beef just tasted off. Rice tasted like a mix, not tasty. Chease dip, guacamole dip and salsa was good. So order the chicken, no ground beef. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
Service was bad. I was picking up an order for someone the restaurant was empty. No one said anything to me when I walked in, and there was a girl working there literally just walking around on her phone talking to someone on FaceTime. After waiting for a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me, they told me they didn’t have the drinks for the order because they were out of them. That’s fine, but the service is what bothered me. Irritating
Ordered carne asada. Would have liked a very sharp knife to cut through what seemed like a piece of leather. Could not chew it. Next took takeout thinking the visit was a fluke I ordered steak fajita. Worse. Steak was not chewable, refried beans were watererery. I wonder where this place gets what it calls steak?
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They charged me for the wrong order and when I called to let them know the order was wrong the lady hung up on me. I think there is a language barrier so I am going to assume she didn't understand me (yeah right). Anyway I went up there to get a refund and return the wrong order- and there was no one there to give a refund. I had to talk to the manager on the phone because the waitress apparently wasn't able to issue refunds. She called the manager and talked to me on the phone and stated he would be there in a couple of minutes to refund me. He never showed up after 25 minutes of me waiting. My Credit Card company is going to handle the false charge, but how it was handled was so unprofessional. Be careful if you go here, and don't pay in advance like I did.
