Red Lobster Cary

As always, everything was outstanding. Our waiter was exceptional.

The service was slow and items kept being forgotten. The food was mediocre at best. However, the biscuits were the one highlight. The restaurant is older and not well-maintained. I do not plan on returning.

We had a great time, the food was excellent and our waiter was awesome.

I ordered the Lobster linguine and found it to be very salty.

Terrible experience. We use Open Table to get on the list. When we got there my name was in the list. However, whiteout hesitation the gentleman in the receiving area of the restaurant told me and my family (in front of everyone) that he was going to put us at the bottom of the list. Just like that. No explanation. I asked why and he said he didn’t know how Open Table works. When the employee in charge of taking people to their tables came to see what was happening he offer to seat us but again the employee in charge said NO. We just recently moved to NC because the company I work for is building a huge new facility here and all I heard about Cary was that it was the best city in NC. Not sure anymore. Is that the welcome red lobster has for new customers and new residents? If Red Lobster is not going to honor Open Table, then remove the restaurant from the website. I understand it is not a reservation. But what is the point of getting into the list through Open Table and when you get there they put you at the bottom of the list. So rude.
