I do not say that they are not disabled, I say these stains should not be used by employees. it's not that hard to wrap the head.
Drive through and inside is incredibly slow and I have given them 3 tries. Each time the food was not prepared correctly or just badly put together. Missing ingredients is annoying. They never ask if you want sauce either. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.
If there was any negative star I will give that to this location of the Taco bell.I placed a drive through order for bean burritos and requested that burritos be grilled. After getting home, I took the burritos out from the wrap to eat and found that all of them were burnt really bad. The burritos were not eatable at all. I ended up through them in the trash. That was about the quality of the food I got.I called the restaurant to complain about the burnt food. I spoke to Tammyror, the manager, and was told that it happened because there is a timer on the grill. I found this excuse unacceptable because the person who packed the order was definitely not sleeping. S/he completely disregarded the food quality and customer service and absolutely knew that burritos are burnt. The worst part is yet to come. The manager asked me to bring burritos back so they can fix it. A told the store manager that a round trip to the store is more than 10 miles for me and I asked for a refund. First, the manager hung up on me, and when I called the second time he said they can't do anything about it.My recommendation Stay away from this restaurant
Had the doors locked for dine-in, so you would expect the drive thru to run proficiently. However, the drive thru was extremely slow. Rip
Seven employees working, all standing around on their cell phones (one sitting in the office). Customers have to place orders themselves. What’s next, will you expect us to make our food as well? The standard in fast food service here is non existent.
