The Parkway Tavern - Cary

Didn't get the onion STRINGS WITH USUAL DIP- got THICK ONION RINGS WITH SPICY MUSTARD DIP INSTEAD! I ordered from there because I wanted the ONION STRINGS!

The food was phenomenal!! But the service was terrible, waited over 30 minutes for our food while it was slow and other tables already had food. Not sure if it's a short staffing issue in general but our server seemed to care more about being behind the bar and talking to other tables than putting our order in.

This has quickly become one of my favorite dining spots. The food is excellent, the service is attentive and courteous, and the ambiance is laid-back and welcoming.

The restaurant was excellent, but my order was missing some items.

I really enjoy this place. It has a laid-back, local bar vibe, and they offer darts for some fun. They also have weekly specials on drinks and food. On this particular night, we unexpectedly ended up doing karaoke, which turned out to be a lot of fun. I ordered lemon pepper wings, and they were fantastic. I also tried the white barbecue wings and the sweet Asian wings. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the white barbecue wings, which are a mix of mayonnaise and barbecue sauce. The Asian wings were okay but could have used some salt. I definitely won't be ordering the white barbecue wings again. Overall, we had a great time there!
