Panda Express - Casa Grande

The amount of meat in my bowl was extremely disappointing. There were only two pieces of pepper beef—really? Just two? That’s not acceptable. The pieces of chicken were so tiny that I had to search for them among the green beans! Additionally, there was no light on in the drive-thru, making it very dark. When I asked the checkout lady about it, she said she didn’t know how to turn the lights on.

I ordered the orange chicken and chow mein, which used to be a family favorite, but it has now become the worst I've ever experienced. It tasted like it was leftover from yesterday. The chicken was hard and dry, and the chow mein had no flavor at all. I won’t be returning to this restaurant.

The indoor dining area was peaceful. The food was decent, and the service was pleasant. As for kid-friendliness, my child enjoyed the chow mein, which was the main reason we chose this restaurant. I shared a larger plate with someone else; my child also likes the teriyaki chicken and orange chicken.

Very slow service. 845 pm on Friday night 5-10 minute wait on everything . Won't be back to this

The employees at this location are super friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. The food tastes great and is always hot. I’ll be sure to visit again!
