It's a delightful place, in the countryside, at the entrance of the forest, in Cuvia Valley (near Varese). Organic raw materials, vegetarian and vegan cuisine, prepared and tasty. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the atmosphere nice and quiet. The reservation is a MUST. The menu changes weekly according to the ingredients found. A place to jot down on the agenda for every vegetarians and to try for those who are interested or want to approch to this way of life. We'll definitely come back as soon as possible.
