Dairy Haven - Caseyville

Four generations of my family have enjoyed Dairy Haven treats since they opened in the 1950s! Going there this evening.

YUM! Good ice cream and concretes. The orange sherbet is incredible!

Best ice rink in the area? my family has been here for years

Dairy Haven is a great old-fashioned ice cream stand from prior generations.My wife took me because she used to go with her grandfather, and her mother and siblings. We are in our sixties.The specialty is a medium soft-serve cone, “twist” with vanilla and orange sherbet so it’s like a creamsicle or a push-up from 1970, except it’s 2022. I loved it!

I usually visit this place at least once per week I order the same thing. A banana ? split concrete minus the chocolate ? add pecans ....the last time they didn't put the nuts in after I spent around $13 so I informed them about this on my next visit so the owner made sure they added them that time. I went today and drove off and eating the concrete as I'm driving....no nuts so I went back to ask did they forget them . They told me that they couldn't take it back but I could repurchase the same thing and they would add the pecans.....VERY RUDE THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER
