Applebee's Grill - Casselberry

The Classic Bacon Cheeseburger sucked today...bacon was burned to a the black and so was the cheese...order all the time and this was just horrible

Let me first say I hate to write negative restaurant reviews with personnel and delivery questions, but this place is so bad that I want to save others from experiencing this place. The first picture is a handwritten list of 15 articles that do not have this place that this geeeetted you at the front door. Unfortunately, it wasn't almost all they even made. The place is knocked down, dated, dirty and just gross. Floor dirty, tables dirty, literally mold and ketchup hand prints on the wall next to our stand, ceiling tiles fuzzy and almost black (not its intended color). The waitress was very nice, revealing like all the other employees, but nice. Not good at her job at all, but an extremely pleasant individual. The available food was bad, with the exception of the French onion soup, which comes in bagged in 100% shade, see picture on burnt chips mixed with Stale chips for artichoke dip. The funny thing is that this location sits on a publix parking lot, but was cumbersome from vegetables. Now obviously not the cook or waiter mistakes, but the owner and the managers just don't care at any level. Very obvious from the moment you go to a dirty musty odor restaurant. Don't walk, but run away to other places. Huddle House and IHOP would have been beyond an upgrade.

Outside dining seemed closed. Servers not wearing masks. They were nice but all seemed very new to their job. A lady carried our drinks over from the bar, three glasses, with her hands with drinks sloshing around and plunked them all on the table. Not professional. They were out of most of their food due to no availability, which was understandable. The food we did get seemed okay. Everything was just very mediocre. No need to go back.

Stopped in today after recently moving to Florida from Iowa. 1st the restaurant reeked of stale beer. Our server came over and was pleasant. We ordered the pub pretzels as an appetizer. They came out fresh, hot, and pretty good with the exception of having way too much salt on it. Then we waited for 25 minutes for the bourbon street steak and a cheeseburger.. Let me tell you I usually love the Bourbon street steak and that's why I went to applebee's tonight. But this was the worst steak I have had in my life from a restaurant . I asked for medium well and it was so crispy on the outside and dry as a bone on the inside . When the server came over 10 minutes after leaving the food I told him the steak tasted terrible I felt like it was missing part of the ingredients and the fries were cold. He had actually brought out new fries because he dropped a few of my daughter's fries on the table when he set it down.. He asked if I wanted my steak redone and I said no because I didn't want to wait another 25 minutes for another steak. Truly disappointed. And the restaurant only had two tables of customers.

We went to apple bee around lunch time. We had the sweetest server ever. The problem was she seemed to be the only waitress on our side and very few employees were there to assist. We ordered the 2 for 22 me and my companion ordered the burger. The fries were hard and seemed to be the end pieces. The burger was over cooked so it was dry. I love to eat and I couldn't get myself to finish the meal. The server was a doll. The food was not good.
