They serve a delicious burger, and the service was quite good. It appeared to be somewhat understaffed during our visit, which resulted in delays in getting our orders. However, I want to give a shoutout to the guy handling the cash register; he was doing an excellent job managing everything.

I visited this restaurant with my wife for dinner while we were in the area, and we both ended up with food poisoning within 24 hours. It was the only meal we shared, and both of us became extremely ill. Whatever is happening in that kitchen needs to be addressed, as it could seriously harm older or more vulnerable patrons. Please consider closing your doors for the sake of public safety.

The service was exceptionally slow. The staff members were unwelcoming and didn’t smile at all, which made for a less pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, my poutine was mostly lacking in flavor.

Excellent and quick service, friendly. eating was excellent and hot, I had an angus bacon cheeseburger and poutine.

Waited over 10 minutes in drive through even after saying hello anybody there and no one moment please zilt nothing so decided to take my business somewhere else. Terrible customer service at that casselman location especially when gas is at an all time high. Never going there again. June 16, 2022 at noon.
