Dunkin' - Cassoday

Stopped by here at 1 PM on a Monday and the woman behind the counter was putting her coat on and said “we decided that we’re closed sorry.” The sign next to her said “open til 7pm.” So weird and just terrible customer service (not surprised). Poor people who are driving through here will have no options because the workers were too lazy to stay!

You are gonna continue to get bad reviews if you don’t train or fire the manager at this location, rudest person ever. This is not my first bad experience with her but this is my first review of her.

I didn’t get what I asked for. They said they would take care of it and they never did. They said they can’t do what I asked! All other Dunkin locations did it!

Stopped here while traveling on the turnpike. Ordered Avocado toast with tomato, tasty but pricey

I didn't get anything there was only one person working we waited about less than 4 minutes to get waited on she didn't greet us or anything she acted all mad because she had to come out front to wait on a person so I just said I didn't want anything the other person ordered a coffee she didn't seem too happy if you're the only person working make the best of it and smile at your customers be happy that we came for 1 for us you wouldn't have a job
