Subway - Cassville

The lady we had was very short with us and threw our sandwiches into the bag. Acted like helping us was a chore. Didn't have alot of things on hand for sandwiches saying it was almost closing time when it was an hour and half before 9.

Literally the worst experience I 've ever had at a sub way they were out of almost everything and when I asked the lady to be light with the condiments she decided to put way to much. I really fell bad for everyone that frequent this store and call thisa decent place to eat.

The staff member was friendly and professional; she took the time to clean the area where the sandwiches were prepared before making ours.

The staff seems poorly trained and often appears to be on their own without proper guidance. I ordered two sandwiches but was mistakenly charged for three. Additionally, they tend to hire high school students or recent graduates who seem disinterested in their work, and at times, they come across as if they're not fully alert.

The restaurant was clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and courteous.
