Domino's Pizza - Castle Hayne

The absolute worst, rude service I?ve ever had. At least 5 times, it has been over an hour in addition to the time. Managers are rude, she said ?I?m busy? I don?t care, if you can?t deliver then turn off the service! My pizza sat cold for an hour and a halfafter they said it was out for delivery. Do your job so sorry you have to work. At least the 10th time I?ve had issues with thisplace. Unacceptable

Used to always get good pizza for this location but last couple months has not been great. Especially today! Spend $50 on pizza and ask for ?light? sauce on the pizzas and get two pizzas barley eatable because there?s SOOO MUCH SAUCE ON THEM. Not tomention pizzas are soggy from so much sauce and it?s really annoying can?t blame my kids for not wanting to eat it. But yet thewings and cinnamon twists are BARELY drizzled with sauce I just can?t anymore.

Mediocre at best. With so many excellent pizza options in town, there's no reason to settle for Domino's. Our three-topping pizza had barely any toppings on half of it. As for the wings, they're not worth the hassle; they're small and lack flavor.

The staff was extremely friendly! It was my first time placing an order, and the food arrived very quickly!

We ordered delivery tonight, as we often do. The service is always excellent, but there was a mix-up with our wings this time due to a communication error. However, the delivery person called the restaurant and they promptly sent us the correct order along with extra wings! Thank you for such great customer service!
