Írjon visszajelzéstI've ordered for pick up twice in the last week. Both times the orders were all messed up because some requested ingredients were missing. The customer service was horrible. I had to give the details of this order twice after both typing it into thewebsite AND repeating it verbally when ordering last week but STILL to no avail. Far worse is the rep telling me he gave me whatI ordered did not mess it up or miss any ingredients after I told him he did! There was no friendliness when I went in forpick up either time he said there was no manager on duty when one was requested plus did not know when one would be there.
This is the worst Subway ive ever been to. My husband had to literally point to each vegetable because the server didn 't know what a 'green pepper ' was and a few other items as well she literally kept saying What? every single time he said theingredient until he just started pointing at it, are they not taught this? I mean this is the main part of the job isnt it????? They hardly ever have any meatballs for the meatball sub and theyve ran out of bread a few times (saying they only hadflatbread) and they barely put anything on the Subs when they do. We have gone a few times and they were closed an hour earlierthen supposed to. We have now started to just go to the one located in Rocky Point even though its further. Im surprised thisone is still open.
The food was great, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely.
To make matters worse, there was no sweet tea available, and the fountain drink machine was out of most of the good syrup options. When I tried to get her attention to request a refund for the drinks, she rushed to the back of the store and I couldn't reach her, so I settled for some carbonated water. My order wasn’t complicated—I had already informed her that I needed three foot-long sandwiches when I greeted her, even though she didn’t greet us back. Having worked in similar environments before, I understand that everyone has bad days. Even as a waitress, I maintained a friendly demeanor to improve my mood and the customers’ experience. I left her a small tip, but instantly regretted it when it became clear she was aware that there were no proper drink options available. We ordered only three foot-long sandwiches and two large drinks that were subpar, and I felt she was fully aware of that but still charged us for poorly made food and inadequate drinks. On weekdays, however, I’ve noticed the staff are much more pleasant.
The restaurant closed at 6 PM, even though the updated hours posted on the door indicate they should be open until 9 PM.
