Carlos Miguel's - Castle Rock

This is a great chain restaurant. Very good price for the quality, which is really what I'm looking for. The bill says it all. I would love it for the margarita to be less than $9.25, but otherwise, this is a very good deal. The quality was also superb. What I really appreciate is the temperature at which the food is served. Muy caliente.

The food was decent, but it wasn't anything exceptional. Additionally, there was a delay in delivery, and it arrived cold, which certainly didn't help the experience.

I didn't get to see much of the interior since we were seated right away on the patio. The patio is quite spacious, which is perfect for summer. The menu is extensive, making it a bit overwhelming to choose, as so many dishes sounded appealing. I decided to keep it simple and ordered the Chicken Fajitas. It had been a while since I last had them, and they were just what I needed. The portions were generous, and I had leftovers to take home. My food arrived sizzling hot and had a fantastic flavor. Their margaritas are also quite large. The service was quick, but maybe a little too fast.

Always a fantastic spot. The food, drinks, and service are all exceptional. The green chili, mango margaritas, and fajitas are particularly outstanding.
