Mcdonald's - Castle Rock

Employees were polite, fast with us their customers, and they got the order for the first time. my child and I were glad to have stopped at mcdonalds. Thank you.

Not only did I have to wait 15 min to get a happy meal...1030 am.... So first excuse.... changing over from breakfast to lunch. Then as I watch....the mgr is wiping his sweat with his hands and then putting his hands In the bags....then he dropped the box and toy I had gotten....I was watching..... Both hit the floor...he picked up the toy from the floor and then put in my happy meal box....keep in mind he has wiped his forehead several times...no gloves...and handling food. Now the toy he picked up with his sweaty hands he put in the box and then the fries went on top of the toy. I ordered at the kias....I put hamburger no onions...they do bad things to my stomach....so, when I get the meal ... Fries are cold...very cold....and onions on my burger. The mgr then comes out and yells at the cashier....he needs to make sure... I stepped in and said I ordered from the kias....then....he starts defending himself..... I can show you on the receipt it did not say hold onions So, a fast meal turned into a 15 minute wait....getting the wrong order ...then watching how dirty the food gets from handling...dropping bags and toys on the dirty floor and picking them up and putting food in them...with nothing on his hands except sweat. Now...how can I get cold fries at 1045 am? I have been to this McDonald 's twice....last time I let the nasty go....I have appointments monthly in Colorado springs...from Denver.... If I was just returning from battle, had not eaten for days.... I would pass on eating in this place. Funny how the mgr scolded the cashier for not doing his job...when he truly has his own issues....guy in blue shirt is the one that made the point to do everything wrong. Folks...if your a mgr at a fast food place....and it 's open for all to see....stop dropping the bags and toys and mixing it with the food! We have nothing better to do when you make us wait 15 min for fries and a burger...that came cold and not the way ordered.

Ordered through kiosk and asked for cups at counter.lady who was sleeping floor gave us cups with her hands inside cups.We asked for new cups and she got a real bad attitude. So we complained to management then lady came over to our table and tried to start a fight with my wife and started yelling lies.manager let it happen. Then a manager from the cook area went over to lady who gave us cups and were staring at us.and of course our food came out 100% wrong and full of extra salt.we asked for no salt because of my husband's high blood pressure but management allowed all this retaliation to go on.We were never offered any kind of apology or solution to the problem.i called and talked to a different manager who just came on duty and he said he would look into it but never offered a solution. Again this kind of behavior is taught at this store and when it happens in front of management they look the other way and condone it.putting all that extra salt on my husband's food could have killed him but was anything done...nope.im gonna post this everyday until justice is served for trying to kill a customer out of revenge.

Flies! The food was fine but I've never seen so many flies in s restaurant. I mentioned it to the staff and they agreed but didn't know what to do about it. I asked them to let their manager know. If the flies are dealt with I'll remove this review.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Food is always ****. Service is absolutely the worst I've ever gotten in my life. The store appears to be run without a manager cause if you ask for one they all pretend to not understand. I will never return to this location again and suggest you do the same. There is another arch across 85. If you're in Castle Rock choose anyplace other than this dump or suffer the regret. This place should be closed! You will never ever get my business again. Even if I was starving to death! Garbage. This establishment is garbage!
