Valerie's Brewhouse - Castle Rock

I absolutely adore this bar! Since the renovation, the atmosphere has completely transformed. The staff are incredibly friendly, and I believe the owners deserve all the praise. I really enjoy the karaoke nights on Fridays and Sundays. The availability of parking is a huge plus. They also offer poker and pool leagues, serve craft beers, and the food is delicious. I have nothing negative to say about this place. If I could spend every day here, I definitely would!

I visited this restaurant for the NCAA Finals with my kids and some other families. It's a fantastic spot for both adults and children, catering to everyone's needs. It's perfect for enjoying a drink with your partner or spending a fun afternoon with the family. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is amazing, and the prices for food and drinks are quite reasonable. I will definitely be returning soon!

I visited the restaurant at 9 PM on a Sunday and found it to be quite empty. The staff was very friendly, which made for a pleasant experience. We decided to play some pool, and I was happy to see that both tables were in excellent condition and available for use. We had a great time engaging with the other players and enjoyed the playful banter that came with it. The staff also mentioned there are pool leagues, which I'm definitely interested in trying out. Overall, I had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning.
