Bland and expensive. One appetizer, one glass of cheap wine, two pastas: $99 including tip.The appetizer, a small tortellini of sorts, and the two bread slices were flavorful but the main dishes were so bad it seems fair to generalize the meal as bland. I felt as if I was fishing noodles and tomatoes out of a lukewarm pond.Loud and crowded but we got a nice table. Poor service.

We had very pleasant interactions with the helpful hosting staff on the phone and on arrival for our reservation for two they had set aside a nice table in a more private corner. This was especially appreciated as the restaurant was fairly loud at peak time, not unexpected given the busy dinner rush. I did like the cozy feel of the restaurant itself. The service was slow though again, they were quite busy when we arrived; the server was nevertheless friendly. The pasta purses see picture and garlic bread were very yummy! Less so for the entrees we each got a pasta dish. They were 2 of as far as I can tell, only 3 vegetarian friendly entree options the other also being a pasta dish. This was not a problem for us as we had reviewed the menu in advance, and the options sounded good! The dishes were okay at best, not terribly flavorful and somewhat watery. More problematically they were in my opinion overpriced for the quality and portion $24 see pictures and decide for yourself .Vegetarian options: There are a handful of vegetarian options on the menu, all pasta based. Some are marked as such on the website, but the printed restaurant menus are NOT marked. This is not a place I would go for abundant vegetarian options but would be reasonable for a group with mixed dietary preferences.

Our service, appetizers, and drinks were exactly how we would imagine. My wife's steak had no flavor and over cooked and my veal was not tender. Understand the new owner is also the chef and is figuring it out. Not worth the money we spent when we could have gone to Eddie V's for $200.

Really loud, tables were very close together. Was not a fan of my entree, a single $50 short rib that was dried out, on a huge pile of mashed potatoes. The caesar salad was good, large portion for a starter salad. Appetizers were nothing special. Waitress was very attentive. In my opinion it was overpriced. Disappointed

Amazing food and service! Great wine specials on wine Thursday bottles are half price! They always have eclectic menu options . Everything is made in house including all the bread and desserts. Great local gem!
