VistaVino Modern Grill - Castle Rock

I decided to try a new restaurant and it was a great decision. From the moment we arrived and sat at the bar, I felt like I was in my mom's kitchen. The food was perfect - not overly sauced or fancy. The flavors, paired with a glass of wine, made my Friday night. Our bartender/server Roisin was absolutely adorable, efficient, and full of personality. Overall, we loved our visit to Vista Vino and will definitely be returning.

I have visited this restaurant twice, both times on half-price wine bottle nights. The wine was excellent, but the food... the food is outstanding! I usually go with a group of friends and we order one or two small plates to share. Everything we have tried has been of exceptional quality. My personal favorite is the purses. If you visit, make sure to try the purses! I am always pleasantly surprised by how affordable the bill is at the end of the night. For such delicious food and wine, I expected to pay much more. I highly recommend VistaVino!

This is the best restaurant experience we have had in Costa Rica since moving here 2 years ago. We attended a wine dinner for my husband's birthday and it was absolutely amazing. Every dish, from the smoked salmon to the roasted chicken pot pie, the risotto, lamb and barley soup, braised beef braciole, and chocolate drizzled bacon, was incredibly delicious. The South African and Australian wines served were a great addition to the meal. Thank you to Chef Michael and his wife Jeannie for serving Costa Rica so well. Lisa, Savanna, and Scott provided excellent service with care, knowledge, warmth, and perfection. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I️ have had a very hard time finding a restaurant in a Denver with a small homemade feel, amazing service and delicious food. This place hit all of the spots! I️ will definitely come here again. Thank you, Savanah for being an amazing server!

We had an Amazing dinner and desert. The service was excellent Janine did and awesome job on explaining the menu. All the food here is homemade loved it. 5 Stars hands down.
