I stayed in room 8, which offered a beautiful view of Peveril Castle. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, I would rate the rooms, service, and location all at 5 out of 5.

Warren and Cal Churms x As for the rooms, it was a bit warm, but it was an extremely hot day. However, Matt promptly moved us to a cooler room without any issue. There are plenty of excellent dining options nearby. The Italian restaurant was fabulous, and the pubs were great too—especially the Nags Head, which had a lovely gin selection!

During my first call to the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was much larger inside than it appeared from the outside. The interior decor is really impressive, and they offer a great selection of craft beers from Jollyes Brewery. The prices are the best in Castleton, making it well worth a visit.
